Great seller and phone. This is the 2nd phone I have bought in a week from Amazon. First phone I sent back as damaged and battery under 80%, obviously no care taken by seller. Second time the phone was purchased again thru Amazon but from a company called ‘Grade Mobile’. Please ensure you buy from them. The phone graded as ‘Good’ came in a box with foam to keep things safe, a charge cable and the sim pin. The battery is 86% and the condition is fine, a couple of very minor chips to edge of lens on the back which I will touch in. Yes I recommend.

Awful - only think good is their refund process ! I purchased in January and loved the phone , transfer from old phone was great and I was happy . However, after a few months it became ‘possessed’ - texting and randomly calling people as soon as I touched the screen . I contacted the company and sent back , I asked for a replacement as by this point I had purchased accessories for the iPhone 12 (case, screensavers etc) . Despite stating on the policy repair, replacement or refund the only option I was given was a refund. This was not ideal but fast forward a few weeks and deciding I’d just been unlucky I reordered the iPhone 12 . Again it arrived , perfect condition and I happily set it up , however less than a month after purchase it ‘died’ ! I was out walking listening to my audiobook and it went blank. No amount of charging , forced resets worked so again I contacted the company. Again I was as to return and I asked them to please send a replacement, yet again I’ve been told I will get a refund! I’m now in a position where I have a beautiful case , screen protector (came in a pack of 3) for this non existent iPhone 12 . I’ve had to change all my passwords AGAIN as I don’t trust factory resets and have had nothing but hassle, returning involves printing labels , packaging items etc with a sorry at the end . I’ve just had a message from Amazon saying the reason I’m getting a refund is I returned the item - true but only because it didn’t work and I feel faulty item would be a better description!

amazing quality! I did choose acceptable condition so it did come with a deep scratch but does not affect the usage of the phone! the size is perfect for my hands not too big or too small, for the price of £145 this is so affordable for the people that dont want to spend lots on a phone, Thank you amazon for amazing high tec!

I was not sure whether to order a renewed phone however it came not mark on it like brand new, easy to set up also came with a charging wire (no plug) also you can Scan a QR code to get a free case and screen protector also comes with 2yr warranty (you have to register ) well worth the price

Purchased two phones for my twin son’s birthdays. Both items were in amazing condition, with everything working perfectly. They could be mistaken for brand new. Even Included a free phone case in the package. I would definitely recommend this company.

Really great to start with. Fab condition, great battery life. Used it for four weeks and it's started glitching and going all weird. I have messaged the company who have said i can send it back for testing but it was my sons birthday present and he needs it, so I'm not sure what to do yet.
