One of those rare kickboards that suit people who have more bone density, weight and even height. Ones who are underweight, children and women may look elsewhere. This one is heavy but study. It's good for long sessions of kicking technique improvisation. Top class!

It works fine. Quality is very good. However the website description states it is 2 inches thick. It is actually around 1.2 inches thick only. This is misleading. I deducted 1 star for this. I was going to return it but then decided to try it out. It works and I decided to keep it.
