Pure Rock Slim 2 is particularly applicable to compact and quiet multimedia systems. Thanks to its compact construction Pure Rock Slim 2 is the perfect choice for PC cases that have limited space. Among the features that give it such an excellent price-to-performance ratio are: ● A high 130W TDP cooling efficiency ● An optimised AMD mounting for an even easier installation in alignment with the airflow ● Full configuration of RAM memory banks in PC cases with limited space ● Three high-performance 6mm heat pipes with aluminum caps and HDT technology ● Pure Wings 2 92mm PWM fan for silent operation of max. 25.4dB(A) ● PWM variable speed operation to help balance cooling and quietness ● Brushed aluminum finish ● Three-year manufacturer’s Review: A tad fiddly to install, but 100% worth the effort for the cooling and silence. - Okay, first the bad... it is a bit fiddly to install, not hard, but just fiddly. Now the good... wow.... this thing is whisper quiet. More good, using StressMyPC with the aggressive CPU set on so CPU load was at 100%, it dropped the maximum temperature of my CPU by 19 degrees C from the stock AMD cooler setup - and kept it there for half an hour with no problem and soooo quiet... And dropped it by 17% at idle over the stock CPU. In short, be prepared to fiddle a bit to get it installed, but I would 100% say worth the effort. Review: Far superior - very quiet - Excellent product , I had a AMD stock fan fitted and any load would make it spin up , very loud and didn't keep the temperature down. bought this cooler , delivery was quick, the build quality is excellent, very straight forward to fit. Temperature stays at 31-35 normal load and when under load it didn't go past 57. runs almost silently well worth the investment ## Features - Thanks to its compact construction Pure Rock Slim 2 is the perfect choice for PC cases that have limited space. Notwithstanding, it allows full configuration of RAM banks. For this reason the cooler is compatible with a vast array of equipment and allows many possible installation configurations. - The new and optimized mounting bracket for AMD AM4 ensures an easy installation in alignment with the airflow. Push-pins for the installation on Intel sockets are quickly mounted and as easy to use as the AMD counterpart. - Pure Rock Slim 2 is aimed at the essential category of PC systems. With 130W TDP it offers an astonishingly high cooling capacity for this category. - Pure Rock Slim 2 is equipped with three heat pipes that have aluminum caps. This is the key to its great cooling performance, because they transport the heat to the cooling fins in an optimal way. - The Pure Wings 2 92mm PWM fan with high-quality rifle bearing facilitates the best balance between cooling performance and silent operation. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08YRN1621 | | Air Flow Capacity | 34.9 Cubic Feet Per Minute | | Best Sellers Rank | 2,431 in Computers & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Computers & Accessories ) 25 in Fans & Cooling | | Brand | be quiet! | | Compatible Devices | Desktop Computer, Laptop | | Cooling Method | Fan | | Cooling method | Fan | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,398 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04260052188453 | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 5.8L x 9.7W x 13.5H centimetres | | Item Highlight | Easy Installation, HDT Technology, PWM Fan for Silent Operation of Max. | | Item Type Name | be quiet! Temperature stays at 31-35 normal load and when under load it didn't go past 57. runs almost silently well worth the investment ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's like I've gone deaf after changing my old one for this new fan *by R***R on 4 July 2024* It was a bit fiddly to install, it may have been easier if I had taken the motherboard out from the case, but that seemed like far too much hassle having to disconnect and remove all components. BUT, this is the best purchase I have made for my pc in years! I do a fair bit of video editing etc. and my old fan was so loud it sounded like my px was going to take off. This new fan is quieter when the cpu is running flat out at 100% than my old one was when the cpu was idling. It's brilliant. I can't stress this enough, if you have a loud fan and are looking to replace it, get this one! great price too, considering how much some of the water cooler ones cost. ## Frequently Bought Together - be quiet!
