It really works. And u only have to take one. It truly is high potency. It helps with my anxiety and my sleep. No after taste either!

Best sleep!
I dont know why, but valerian root put me to BED. I sleep better than I ever have before but it is HARD when my alarm goes off— i am quite sluggish. But have a coffee and all gets better quickly.

Repeat purchases of Valerian Root because I believe it helps with better dreams... I'm a retired Army paratrooper sergeant who has been everywhere my Republic sent me, almost always voluntarily. The VA prescribes me sleeping pills, which will knock me out alright, but... Sometimes my falling asleep and middle of the night wakeups are not as pleasant as you might imagine; been there did that too many times: pain in the butt to relive shootouts and lost friends. Amazon's review ideas that fit are: "Calming Effect and Sleep quality."

Best one I've ever taken and I've tried many. This one actually works.
Super fast delivery, excellent price and this is the first Valerian root supplement I've ever taken that actually works with the recommended dosage. No "stinky feet" smell either. I am a repeat buyer and have no intention of changing in the future. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t stink like most valerian
I use this for occasional sleeplessness on nights when I can’t shut my brain off. It seems to have a better calming effect than any other brand I have tried. I haven’t had any side effects yet and don’t expect any. Most valerian root capsules I have used really stink. These don’t.

They put me to sleep15 minutes after taking them and I have the best night sleep. A good 7/8 hours. Love these tablets. ❤️❤️
