I joined a health club that offered full body red light therapy. I was very leary. I started doing 10 min every day, sometimes doing it twice a day. My skin started looking pretty good. Just be realistic. If you are like totally bald-no fuzz at all, it probably won't work for you. I am waiting for the 1st person who notices my hair growth. I can't wait
