Do these have pinkish colored straw like in the 2nd photo included?

They DO have pinkish straws included in the pack.

Is there any way i can only order the blue and white straws?

That would be a question for the distributor. I don't see how as the straws come pre-bagged and the colors are random. I think the factory bags the straws, or that would be my guess.
