Krusteaz Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

Been using this for a couple years. Love it because it can be used easily in older recipies similarly to wheat flour, except it is gluten free!

This flour is really great used in all recipes! I cannot tell it is gluten free and neither can my husband!

I tried many GFflour for my son, this one is the best. It works for pancake, brownies, cake, cookies, muffins… it give awesome results. I add flaxseed in warm water and apple purée for egg replacement and add psyllium husk for gluten. Add cream of tartar for cookies in it and of course baking powder and soda for baking in all of the recipes. It is an equivalent of regular flour. Will not use any other flour! My search for a good GF flour is done!

Flour is wonderful and versatile. Saves me moneyalso.only thing i noticed don't need alot of liquid for your recipe or gets watery. It might be for me bc Use ripebananas and plain Greek yogurt.

The best thing about this mix is the nutrition - it's not just rice flour and starches! It can smell a little different while cooking because of the millet flour, but everything I've made so far has come out tasting great.

We've had this product on a subscription for a few years now. We really on it for all our gf baking. There is one tip that has made a huge difference. Never pre heat until after you have mixed your recipe. Then turn the oven on and let the battery rest while the oven of heating. This is absolutely necessary to give the flour time to absorb the liquids properly before baking to prevent grainy texture in your bakes.

I use this flour to make wonderful pancakes and waffles. My pancake recipe is now perfected. I need to take pictures. My bread recipe is consistent and tasty. I make bread at least twice a week. Great for sandwiches, toast, and French toast. 16 slices 1 gram of sugar per slice
