This computer is pretty amazing. I got the 10th gen Core i7 with 16 gigs of RAM and 500 gig hard drive. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. Set up only took about ten minutes. Windows 10 came already loaded which was nice. I hooked it up to my WIFI which was a breeze. It comes with a stand so you can set it up on its side and it neatly fits onto my desktop. Solid metal housing. Feels well made. Looks beautiful and modern with blue LED power button. I wanted this to edit 4K videos. I loaded it with my video editing software and was off and running. Vegas Pro 15 starts quickly and runs smoothly. I loaded some 4K footage and it ran with no lag even when scrubbing through the timeline. I edited a simple 4-minute 4K project in about 5 minutes. I also edited the same project but outputted to 1080 and the computer whipped through that in about 3 minutes. This all happened with the unit silently sitting on my desktop. It got a little warm but not hot and seemed to handle these tests very well. My old HP laptop would loudly moan through my projects, so it's incredible to do it with no fan noise, etc.. Internet and YouTube watching is also silent and speedy. I don't have any games to try out, but if it easily handles video editing, it will probably run most games pretty well too. Love the 8 USB and 2 HDMI ports. So far can't find any flaws and very happy with this unit after a week. For the price, this is a winner!

Computer no longer boots past BIOS screen. PC is 33 days old & hangs at the BIOS screen. Testing found M.2 drive failed. Amazon agreed to accept return. I went ahead and pre ordered a replacement prior to completing. Replacement is up and running.

I purchased this about 6 weeks ago. I initially had some troubles with the wireless ethernet, but the Kindel support was very fast. All I had to do was uninstall the driver and Windows re-installed it automatically. I was also comforted by the fact that I received the official Windows license information with the computer. I was afraid it was pirated. But everything works great. Very fast. Very quiet. Best of all, it isn't pre-loaded with bloatware. Clean version of Windows 10.

There is nothing to these things Super cheap, thought this would be a good buy but it wasn't. If you need support they will reply but basically tell you to do the same things over and over. I have tried a new ssd and ram but still issues, nothing left in this box except motherboard. I have tried even installing windows 8 thinking the latest 10 might be the issue and more goofy errors. I wanted to update the bios to the latest but there isn't any updates I can find. So to issue a RMA they want you to lie to customs when sending it to China which I will not do. I contacted Amazon and they could care less that a seller wants you to lie to both your country and the receiving country, not sure what the punishment is in but I am not willing to find out. Lesson learned do not buy JUNK.

I am a software developer and have been looking around for a replacement for my primary dev laptop. I needed something portable and fast and just found it ! Processor is Core i7-10610U The Kingdel NC860 Mini is perfect for me. Pros: ---------- - Solid build - Runs fast, boots up in Win 10 Pro in 7secs - SSD is Western Digital - Supports 2 monitors. I am using a HDMI monitor connected to HDMI port and another HDMI monitor connected to DP port via an Active DP to HDMI adapter. Make sue you get Active DP adapter if connecting to a HDMI monitor - Support is great. I have interacted with them 3 times already using email and am pleased I recommend this product because the unit has good components I am not a graphics designer but can tell you that the machine is fast enough for software development

The good: * Genuine name brand parts. Memory is Samsung, SSD is Kingston, and are not even their 'value' variants. * Was worried about overheating with no fan, seems to cool effectively. All aluminum sturdy case. Case even has mounting screw holes. * RAM slot, mini-PCIe, 2 port USB header, and SATA port empty to be used for upgrades. Case includes a mount and screws for a 2.5 inch HDD/SSD. * All specifications appear to be accurate. Including subtle performance ones like memory speed. * BIOS is UEFI and has a ton of detailed options. * No bloatware or spyware, as far as I can tell, installed on it. Best to wipe it regardless though. The bad: * WiFi card is meh. Wireless N, not AC. I bought a replacement that includes Bluetooth and AC. * Support is non-existent. Don't count on any sort of BIOs updates or anything. Can't even find a support page for downloads. Or even a manual. CPU-Z reports system manufacturer is "Default String", haha. * Windows license is illegal. Yes, it works, yes, it says it is valid when checked. But the license type is a volume license, NOT an OEM license or a retail license. These are meant to be used internally in an enterprise and cannot legally be transferred to you or sold in new systems. Don't be surprised if your license spontaneously stops working once Microsoft finds out about this. On the plus side, since they are handing out their internal license key, feel free to use it to activate any other Windows Pro installs you have on their dime!

I purchased this device almost 2 years ago, it is as advertised. It is built well, compact, quiet and stable. I recently had a hardware failure, I contacted Kingdel and they had me try a few things, still didn't work. They had me ship it back to them (my cost) and they repaired it and shipped it back (their cost) the repaired unit with fully updated Windows 11. This is the best PC of this format I have used, I use them for clients, I will continue to use their products and recommend that you do too.

This mini PC was exactly what I was looking for to run a little kubernetes cluster in my home lab. I needed it to power on automatically after a power outage without pushing the button. It does not do this out of the box and I couldn't find an option for it in the BIOS. I messaged support and they sent me instructions within a few hours and it works. Now if the power goes out it it comes back on after it is restored and all my apps continue running with me needing to intervene. A great little work horse you can tuck in the corner of your house or office to run continuously without any noisy fans.

En version i7 16GB très réactif. 3 fois plus rapide que le core i5 génération 8 de mon pc portable selon le benchmark CPU-Z soit un score d'environ 2700 Windows 10 activé et en prime Microsoft office 2007 (pas récent mais ça dépanne) A voir avec le temps si l'alim dure car c'est une alim chinoise générique. Attendez vous a payer des frais de douane modérés (31 €) en livraison prioritaire car DHL mais c'est rapide. Le boot est tellement rapide que l'affichage du logo du fabricant de carte mère (American megatrends) parait long. Allez faire un tour dans le BIOS dans l'onglet Bios pour booster le temps de démarrage. Je n'ai quasiment plus le temps de voir ce logo et j'arrive immédiatement sur la saisie du mot de passe WIndows. C'eqt le PC le plus rapide à démarrer que j'ai jamais vu !

este equipo es el mejor que he tenido has ahora, es curioso porque no encuentro informacion sobre el fabricante y por lo que veo tampoco es una marca muy reconocida pero al dia de hoy funciona mucho mejor que al principio, he de decir que tuve un problema con la clave del windows que amablemente me proporcionaron pero de las dos que me dieron ninguna funciono asi que tuve que comprar otra clave por lo demas perfecto en todo sentido.

Brilliant Intel i7 mini PC, great performance and totally silent in operation. Running Windows 11 Pro which is similar in many respects to Win 10 Pro but just takes a short time to get used to. Has all the connections I need to run my system and some extras Took only seven days to arrive by DHL Express from Hong Kong and was very well packaged. Plugged in the keyboard, mouse, screen, ethernet and power supply and it was running in 5 miutes. Recommended if you want a powerful yet silent mini PC.
