The ingredients: Cane sugar, ginger, honey, glucose. 2. They stop my coughing 3. They taste good, consistently. I have lung issues which are aggravated if I cough a lot. So, when that happens, I immediately grab one of these packets, and the cough stops. During the winter, I will also crave these few times. So, a box lasts me about a year...unless I get sick more that year. I no longer buy any cough syrup or need any Rxs when I cough. So, I like these.
