I took this supplement for about a week, and I got my period without any cramps, back pain or energy dip I normally experience. And the thing is, I did not take it for that reason, I didn't know that it works for cramps. I took it to try and help my energy levels throughout the day, which it did as well. Very subtle but noticeable increase in stamina. The lack of pain during period was surprising, I didn't connect it to maca at first and was wondering why was my period a surprise instead of the usual back pain followed by cramps! Needless to say I am very happy with this supplement!

Feels like it does help with more consistent energy levels and less brain fog but am taking multiple vitamins & supplements for health. Easy to take.

Ok so this is a bit embarrassing but I feel it may help others. After I turned 38 I had a problem with BV. Never in my life have I ever had it let alone have a chronic case of it. I tried everything from natural remedies to OC products from other countries and of course antibiotics. No matter what I did it would always come back as soon as I got my period or had sex or pretty much did anything. Even with antibiotics I would be good for about 2 weeks then I would get my period and BAM the BV was back.... needless to say my confidence was gone and sex was never a desire for me. I heard about MACA root as a libido booster and thought I would try it even if I did only have a short window for sex, maybe this would help me to even have the desire to do so. I noticed a change in my sex drive after about a week and I was impressed,then came the week before my period and I thought well great, I finally want to have sex but my BV will be back to ruin everything. But the week cam and.....no BV! I had nothing! no symptoms nothing!! I got my period and thought, ok now the BV will come back, and again NOTHING!!! I have been battling this for years and it is gone! I googled to see if MACA helps with BV but it doesn’t say it does. But it does say it can balance hormones and I think it got my body back in working order so it can finally fight back. I am only sharing this in hopes someone who has been struggling with the same thing will maybe try this and it will help them too. I don’t know if it will or not but give it a try and I wish you the best of luck 🤞
