ICE Plantar Fascia Compression Foot and Ankle Sleeve Infused with Menthol, 1 Pair

I have plantar fascia, flatfeet, broken 3 of the 5 metatarsals in foot, and recently injured ankle that would be swollen at the end of day. Therefore, I was extremely relieved about the support and comfort of these Copper Fit compression sleeves. The L/XL (10-12 inch ankle circumference) size can be worn ALL day and still provided support for injured ankle and plantar fascia. The S/M (8 - 10 inch ankle circumference) size is great for higher impact such as yard work, 5k walk, or on feet for over 8 hours. In addition, the pricing was great compared to another brand I paid $20 per sleeve totaling $40 for a pair. However, I personally do not think it is reasonable to think the Menthol (ICE) will be impactful or will be present after washing. Helpful tip: to roll on sleeve to protect the fabric and construction as well as better placement on foot and ankle (like pantyhose or tights). Otherwise, you will eventually get shredding (run) in the stress areas after continuous pulling. I had that issue with another expensive pair.

These are the best for stability and comfort. With no hole at the heel and no seam any where they can be worn all day without that point of pain from the lumpy seam.

fit great and really help with day to day walking. They took alot of pressure off my feet especially since I work majority standing.

Woman, size 8.5 - not tight enough in the arch. Minimal pain relief for Plantar Fasciitis. Available size selection isn't good enough.

I bought these for my son because he was having issues with his feet. He uses them on and off now, but no pain. Who would of thought these would have such a positive result on his feet.

These are the only things that help my foot pain and allow me to be able to walk during the day. I have something wrong with my feet, doctor says I don’t have plantar fasciitis and that my arch is fine. I say I have plantar fasciitis and my arch is falling apart. But I’m no doctor, right. The compression is so great but I wish it could be a little tighter or they had an xs size. I have 2 pairs for less than a year and both of them are starting to rip and break apart. If you don’t need to wear them every day all day long they should last but if you do, you might need to buy another pair. I only wish they made a white pair, I like to wear white shoes with all my outfits and the black just sticks out like a sore thumb and I’m not wearing 3 layers of socks to hide them. Otherwise they’re great and help with what ever foot issues and pain I experience and I will be buying more.

These ankle sleeves are pure fire! I am very active and workout daily and find these slaves to be the BEST ever! I have referred others and will continue to PROACTIVELY wear these sleeves to support my ankles and my active lifestyle. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

L/XL is ment for small large feet. I'm a 9.5 / 45 and the sox is much to small stopping blood circulation to my toes.

I would not recommend as there is not very much compression at all and I wore these for 8 hours and felt zero menthol effect. Waste of money and I went back to AirPlus for a third of the price of these.
