Satisfied
The only bad thing I have to say is the hut is a lot bigger than I expected and smelled funny. It took up the whole hamster cage but my kids still like having it in there.

I love it. The wood tunnel openings might be too small for a Syrian hamster but overall a good buy.

Bridge is poorly made
The bridge is not very sturdy at all and the hooks are very loose in the wood, causing them to turn in the wrong direction. This makes it almost impossible to secure the bridge safely to the bars of the cage. My hamster will not use it because it is wobbly and unsteady.

Critters loved it!
I bought this for my kids’ little critters. My daughter’s gerbil loves the coconut while my son’s hamster loves bridge.

Coconut & Bridge - Good! Log - Bad!
The bridge and coconut seem to be made very well, and my gerbils love the coconut; you can even put some bath sand in the coconut and your critter pet can have a swinging coconut sand bath! The bridge can be molded however you like and will stay that shape - which I wasn't expecting (I was expecting a swinging rope style bridge). The holes in the log are too small for my gerbils to fit through, which is why I deducted 1 star. If you decide to purchase this set, you should buy for the hanging coconut and the bridge; I don't know what use the log has.
