## Description

Mueller Stickum is a spray designed to be directly applied to the palms of the hands or on any surface to increase grip i. e. soles of the feet or on shoes and gloves. The spray works by forming a tacky surface on the selected area which increases grip and a resistance to sliding which can be important in gymnastics, weightlifting and numerous ball sports as well as for other health and safety measures. Only one application is required each time and if, after application, grip begins to deteriorate simply rinse hands with water to restore full stickiness. Mueller Stickum is useful in conditions when skin can become either wet or greasy and is also available as a powder and a paste. To effectively remove Mueller Stickum it is advised to use Mueller Tape & Tuffner Remover.

**Q: does it help with football gloves?**
A: It does! Just ask Jerry Rice! haha http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/06/rice-admits-to-illegal-use-of-stickum/

**Q: if applied to football gloves does it start to peel after first catches?**
A: Not really. You will notice it decreases tackiness over time but just spit on your gloves and the tackiness should come back. And it doesnt peel off, just kind of dissipates.

**Q: How long does it last on your football gloves**
A: A good hour or so before you would need to reapply or pour water on your gloves. If the football has dirt on it, then the tackiness on the gloves will decrease much faster

**Q: Can you put it on the bottom of basketball shoes to help with slick wood courts?**
A: All I could tell you is we use it to spray our hands and tape on a pole vault pole to help with grip. It is sticky. I've never used it on a bottom of shoe but it does come out sticky.  I wouldn't know how long it would last or what it does over time on shoe and floor

I use Stickum for poledancing. I find it FAR superior to other grips on the market. I don't have sweaty hands, so the chalk based products don't help me at all. This is great, even in sweat and on spin-pole the grip is good without being too tacky to perform moves. You'll end up sticking to just about anything though so give yourself a good scrub after use. You also might find you bruise more with increased contact with the pole, but it shows the stuff is working.
