Very good product, amazing result for dry eye

I heard this eye mask is a best-seller in the U.S., so I decided to give it a try. It’s incredibly comfortable—so much so that I sometimes fall asleep while wearing it! Even better, I wake up feeling like the dryness in my eyes is noticeably improved. I’m definitely planning to keep using this product. Highly recommended!

The EyeGiene System came in excellent condition and worked for significantly longer than advertised in the easy-to-follow instructions. The eye mask was comfortable and easy to adjust before or while wearing it. It took a minute before the warmth started and it built to a steady, comfortable heat. I listened to a podcast while the heating occurred and my eyes felt refreshed afterward. I thought I could have used the eye mask for a sleep mask too.

Cannot get refills

I have previously bought two starter packs with the mask, and two refill packs of this product. The first starter set I purchased was perfect. The second starter pack I bought did not even get warm, and the mask was rough and itchy. It felt like it was a fake product. I bought a refill pack after that and it did get warm as expected. I have another refill pack incoming. When this product works as advertised, it is amazing! I will update this review after I receive and use it.UPDATE------I have since ordered another starter kit and refill kit. Both kits warmed and worked as they should. Pleased.
