I bought this for one of my Uncle cz he told me to do I'm guessing he uses it.

Can this product be used on relaxed hair to stop frizz?

This is a great product. I have a curly fro and ORS does help control frizz. Use with ORS cream hair dress for extra rich for dry, thirsty hair ,this helps with moisture. The two together makes a great pair. The bottle can crack be careful. If it does cat litter absorbs oil off floor very good.
