It was given as a gift for my grand daughter but I checked with my daughter who is an art teacher and the tubes she has say Made in France.

Can you use for fabric painting?

You probably could, but you'll want to get the fabric painting mixative found in your craft store or here on Amazon. This is a pretty thick paint compared to craft acrylic or normal fabric paint. If you don't use the mixative, I am afraid your fabric would be pretty stiff.

Can you use in a make-up airbrush gun?

Liquitex makes an Air Brush Medium that you can mix with the paint. It works best with Liquitex Soft Body Acrylics or Acrylic Ink, but can be used with the Heavy Body Paints like those in the set with frequent cleaning.
