And why does only one have a ring?** A: The spri resistance band kit has 5 color coded cords light to heavy. 2 cord handles. 1 ankle strap the one with the ring, one door attachment( the one without the ring and a bag. If you need an instructions I would be happy to send one **Q: What is/are the advantage(s) of purchasing the bands separately (because, separately purchased, these tubes are about $65 more)?** A: The xertubes are meant to be sold separately. The resistance set goes up to 150lbs.
