MAKES GOOD ON ITS PROMISE OF SOFTER, MORE HYDRATED SKIN. i LOVE IT!
The first thing I noticed when I started using this in the bathroom is the lovely lavender scent. Then I realized my hands didn't feel so dry or look so wrinkled. I bought glass dispenser bottles for each bath and the kitchen and I use nothing else for handwashing and even a plastic pump bottle for the shower. I really love the scent and the way my skin feels after using this moisturizing soap. I use nothing else now and couldn't be more pleased.

It's okay but a bit overpriced.
It's ok soap. Smells good and does the job but it's overpriced and I hesitate to spend that much again . I can get the same or better elsewhere for five bucks instead of twenty .

Big jug of soap, easy on the hands
With dogs and lots of handwashing lately, this refill has been great. It’s gentle and doesn’t dry out my skin. Pros: -Moisturizing, not harsh. -Large refill size. -Pleasant scent. Cons: -Jug is heavy to pour. -Scent may be too strong for sensitive noses.

I recently purchased the Softsoap Refill (Lavender & Shea Butter scent). Overall, it's a good handsoap. When it's on sale, it’s definitely a great deal. This handsoap has a pleasant lavender scent, which I really enjoy, and it's quite easy to refill soap bottles with it. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because it tends to dry out my skin, a problem I haven't encountered with other soaps in the same price range.
