So much simpler than any other candy thermometer I have used. There is no trying to awkwardly stir around a thermometer in the cooking pot & no trying to figure out the heck to attach a thermometer to the cooking pot. You simply stir the concoction as it heats & easily monitor the temperature at the same time. It’s also easy to read the temperature, which isn’t the case with some other candy thermometers.
