I felt the instructions were very confusing and actually step one was incorrect at least in my mind. I went to YouTube and searched on Maytronics Universal Cart and there is a video showing how to assemble the cart. Using the video I assembled the cart with no problem in less than 30 minutes. When I bought my robot I did research and found that some people leave their robots in the pool to make it easier to run. Get the cart, pull your robot out of the pool after each use, rinse it off, clean the filter and significantly extend the life of your robot. I would recommend getting the Maytronics cover as well. Not the package dimensions.** A: 41”x28” **Q: Will this work for the Dolphin Nautilus basic model?** A: I think they're the same size. Mine is the Dolphin Nautilus Plus. **Q: will this work for the dolphin triton. the one i got with mine was plastic and already broke, it was a piece of junk. is this metal??** A: I have the dolphin nautilus plus and it holds it nicely. I don't have to move mine and use it as a holding station for the powerpack, cleaner and hose. It is mostly plastic. The only metal is the pole holding the top handle to the bottom. I think it could easily break if you move it often especially on uneven ground. **Q: does the dolphin premire fit correctly on the caddy ??** A: The universal caddy fits the Dolphin pretty well. The base is about 1/2 inch to narrow on each side to fully seat the tracks on the cleaner, but that's not a problem, it still is useful for keeping the rubber paddles from flattening out. From front to back, the cleaner fits perfectly, and it is a nice feature to be able to mount the power supply up and out of the way. I kind of wish I would have also purchased the caddy cover since I leave it outside, but I keep it under shelter, so that works.
