Should come with all EVOC bags, including the XL
This is an almost “must have” when using an EVOC bike bag. I have had an older EVOC Pro for myself, and bought a EVOC XL for my wife when it went on sale. I didn’t realize this didn’t come standard with the XL. It does a great job of isolating the handlebar from the frame to keep it from moving while in the bag.
