I lost close to 200 pounds and I wanted to each a piece of chocolate after each of my two meals. Looked at was available and decided to try this one. First let me tell you that is very expensive, not for the faint of heart. But it taste GREAT!I have maintained my weight loss for close to two years. After my meals (see picture) I eat one of those containers depicted in the picture. It contains, 5 varieties of peanuts, three peanuts each variety, a piece of this chocolate (the black thing on the picture) Two whole Organic walnuts & two Almonds! All purchased in amazon.Each bar of chocolate lasts a weak, the package has four, so its about a month. I recommend this, will do the trick.
