No pain, when took it, so taking it again.
Quick delivery, pure product (tested extra, so no toxins)! Tiny capsule, super easy to swollow. Essential mineral. Our soil is deficient, like most. When took this, no ankle pain. Could have mild, muscular dystrophy. Can you spread the info (no medical advice)? (If you know someone with MD, please look into this mineral or tell them, so they can.) Only trouble, pills can be easily lost, as they are so small, if you forget or hurry too much. (Wise to open them over a table or counter). But you get a lot; 100, so no worries, you have time to find it, after you take your dose, or can afford to lose a few!

The supplements from Dr. Clark are easy to swallow don't have vitamin after tastes are come well sealed and protected. The only improvement for me would be a flip top lid but if that increases the cost the screw top is fine. The supplements all have been researched with actual lab study results. They put the time in to do vitamins the right way. Thanks Dr. Clark!!!
