Great cleaner, BETTER THAN A VAX
Bought this as I was sick of issues with VAX, I’ve had 2 break and had to be completely replaced. The last one, we misplaced a rubber seal that must have dropped off when emptying it, VAX don’t do spare parts for this item, you have to buy a complete new VAX. I remembered my mother having one of these and back then it was made by Hoover, I’ve bit the bullet, more out of anger with VAX, and to be very honest, this cleans carpets just as good, it dries them better and has a bigger water tank, and it’s way cheaper. Up yours VAX ✌️

Good value for money
Fantastic carpet shampooer tanks a little small but good for the money. Very easy to use, powerful when cleaning the carpets. No attachments for apulstery cleaning.

Absolutely rubbish
Got this one today, cleaned half the room and the carry handle and top of the clean water tank came off spilling 2l of water over my kitchen floor, VERY noisy! You get what you pay for

Yes it works and it's easy to use, but, if I'd realised how noisy it was and how fiddly it is to clean I really wouldn't have bought it .

Excellent carpet cleaner for the price.
What an excellent little carpet cleaner. Very easy to use. Please remember this is not a £1000 rug doctor but a very low price machine. Tank is small so will need a few visits to top up the water tank. I found that you have to go very slow with the machine as when the dirt tank gets full small splashes of water come out. Iff you jerk or move the machine quickly you won’t get a good cleaning result. So slow and steady and not in a rush will work best. Always clean the machine after every use as it does collect debris every time. The motor is loud but it has to be because of the powerful suction. It is light and looks good. For the money its great value. I give it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is totally fit for purpose.

Good value for money but be gentle with it.
Brilliant.lightweight,small.easy to push.easy to empty. Good value for money and good quality.have to be careful not to break the tank as it's quite delicate to take apart to empty and i can see that I'm going to be too heavy handed and break an essential part.
