Hello, I’m 5'11 and 185 pounds. I am athletic fitness. Should i get a large or xl?

Based on the way the XL fir me at 225 and 6'1" I would say XL might be a good fit for you

is the leather soft or stiff like most motorcycle jackets and how heavy is it ?

It is a soft leather substitute, when I tried it on it didn't seem to heavy. However I do not think it would provide much protection on a motorcycle.

I'm 150 lbs and 5'9" and with 30" waist. What size should I get? Thanks in advance.

In my opinion based off of your specs and my specs of 197 lbs., 5'10.5 and a 32 inch waist, I think as small should be fine. I assuming your belly is not a beer belly, having a flat stomach does help at least for me. With my waist size (as noted above) I've had no problems.
