Got broken today just 3 months after purchasing the item very disappointed

I purchased two of these KOJOX 12-inch shower systems during a full renovation of my two bathrooms, and I’m extremely happy with the decision. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern and instantly elevated the overall look of both bathrooms. The 12-inch rain shower head provides great coverage with strong, consistent water pressure, and the handheld shower is very convenient and well-made—perfect for cleaning and everyday use. Installation went smoothly for my contractor, and the rough-in valve and trim kit felt solid and high quality. Temperature control is smooth, and switching between the rain shower and handheld is easy and reliable. After using both systems daily, I haven’t had any leaks, pressure issues, or finish problems. For the price, this shower system offers excellent value and looks comparable to much more expensive brands. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone renovating or upgrading their bathroom and would buy it again without hesitation.

I also appreciate the handheld attachment—great for rinsing hard-to-reach spots. The matte black finish adds a modern, high-end look to the bathroom. It resists fingerprints and water spots, which is a big plus for maintaining that clean aesthetic. The thermostatic valve works like a charm. It keeps water at a steady temperature. For this high quality and great product it is 100% worth the price and it works like a charm! The setup was surprisingly straightforward for a full shower system. All necessary hardware was included, and the instructions were clear. I did have a plumber assist with installation due to some older plumbing in my bathroom, but DIYers with some experience could handle it. The noise level is quite relaxing. It is also a durable shower head that will last you years!

Never bought or even heard of this brand---was a little leery about the purchase but the price was an excellent deal. Had the product over a year and it works great. There have been no leaks, the rain showerhead offers a steady, uniform flow of water, and the wand produces a strong stream for rinsing off. Had a plumber do the install and it took less than two hours to complete. Cosmetically, it looks great except they put their logo/name in bold white letters on the handle which is aesthetically detracting. (You got the sale, don't make a billboard out of it, type of thing). That said, for the price, this is an excellent value.
