Nice Quality, Great Price, Great Functionality
I recently discovered the YoLink product line. I started with freezer temperature monitors and then discovered this relay device. I have a gate across my driveway entrance that was once connected to a telephone landline which allowed it to be controlled from the house. I have no landline for the gate or the house, so this device solved my problem. With a 120VAC power supply, the relay has a pair of switch contacts. I connected those to my gate trigger terminals. With the YoLink app, the relay is controlled with a toggle switch on the graphic. The app also allows for automations to be programmed. Think IF-THEN programs. I programmed for the toggle to reset (turn off) 1 second after being turned on. It makes it a simple pulse which is all the gate requires. Then, with the YoLink hub already connected to Alexa, I can command the gate to open via Alexa. I also set up geolocation controls in Alexa and now the gate opens automatically when I come home. The range on the rely is fantastic.

I am very impressed with YoLink products and technical support
I can't tell you enough about how impressed I am with this relay switch, related YoLink devices and the amazing technical support that I have received from YoLink. Let me explain. The water that enters my basement comes from a well. There is an expansion tank and a water heater in my basement but there is no basement floor drain. I have been concerned about any issues with leakage from the expansion tank and water heater. From my experience and from others, these both can fail causing water to run without stopping if the well pump is allowed to continue to run. If you look at my attached drawing and pictures you will see how I have handled my concern. The well pump operates on 240 volts AC. I ran the control power through a contactor that is controlled by this relay switch. YoLink answered any questions that I had and provided some guidance throughout my design. The YoLink relay switch is controlled by a YoLink water detector. Using the app I was able to pair them device to device. It was very simple. I am also alerted if there is any water detected or if the relay switch goes offline. Because they are paired they will activate even if my Wi-Fi is down. If I lose power, the pump will naturally not be allowed to run. Overall, I believe I have spent 20% of what I would have spent had. I purchased a specific device to shut off power to a well pump if water was detected. And the devices I looked at did not have apps to where I could monitor what was going on with my phone.

UPDATED, and BETTER!!
YoLink customer support is first class, and their products are improving all the time!!! I originally purchased a YL5705 switch. I didn't really like it. It felt cheap, and it had an annoying red light on the switch that couldn't be turned off. After 2 years, the switch stopped working. I contacted YoLink customer support, just hoping for a way to reset, or fix the switch. Within 4 hours they replied, asking for my address to send me a new replacement switch, even though I was out of warranty. The 5705 is out of production, so they sent me the upgraded 5708. This new switch is superior in every way. In my original review for the 5705 (I'll leave it posted below for posterity), I complained that it felt cheap, and it had an annoying LED light that couldn't be turned off. They addressed both issues with the new version. This new switch feels much more sturdy and well built. Even the "click" feels more substantial than the old one. They also included the ability to turn off the LED inside the switch itself via the app. This switch also has 2 smaller buttons at the top that can be used to operate other devices remotely. I currently have 2 Kasa brand switches in other parts of my house that operate outside flood lights. When I'm in my basement, and want to turn them on, I use the app on my phone. Both are about to be replaced with YoLink switches so I'll be able to operate both of those switches without having to use my phone. This is really nice when things go bump in the night, and you don't want to wait on an app to load!!! Currently, I'm at 27 different YoLink devices, not including the 2 switches I'm about to order. For the most part, they have all functioned flawlessly, and the couple of issues I've had were handled by YoLink customer support immediately. I have several thermometers monitoring not only my refrigerator, but 2 freezers, plus an outside sensor. I have door and window sensors, including one on my mailbox, and several leak detectors strategically located near my water heater and my HVAC. Last spring, the one near my water heater let me know that I had a leak, and likely saved me from a lot of water damage! YoLink devices absolutely rock! Original review below... First, let me say I'm a huge fan of YoLink devices. I have 18 sensors and alarms around my house. I purchased this switch to go with a motion detector. The motion detector was less than stellar, and I left a review for that. The YoLink switch replaced a similar Kasa brand smart switch. The YoLink switch is decent, but not quite as nice as the Kasa switch. It installed easy enough, and is SUPER easy to link to your app. The overall feel of the switch itself is simply a little cheaper than what I'm used to, when comparing it to Kasa. The part I do not like however, is the red light in the switch button when the switch is off. This switch is in my basement, so I can live with it, however, I will not be adding these to my living room or kitchen until something is done about that light. It looks cheap, and its bright when the room is dark. I understand that some folks might want a way to find the switch in the dark, but I'm not a fan. Perhaps if YoLink added a way to control that red light from the app? Overall, not a bad product, but it could use some refining.

Reasonably priced, quality product with excellent customer service
My home has professionally installed outdoor lighting. I wanted to have the lights illuminate my driveway at night when a vehicle enters. The installers didn't have a product that could work. Doing my own research, I found YoLink. They had the products that made it easy to accomplish. Using their relays, smart switch and LoRa Smart Outdoor Motion Sensor I was able to do exactly what I needed. Their products are easy to work with, and customer service responds quickly to any inquiries. I highly recommend YoLink.

Great addition to the YoLink ecosystem, but it isn't the highest quality switch. B+
I really love the yolink ecosystem. they are super easy to add to the system, so i was excited to migrate from my zwave switch that controlled my outside garage lights to this system. Overall it works and does what it is designed to do, but i do have a few minor issues i hope they address in future light switches. 1) As most others have noted, the red LED light is sort of annoying. I have it in the garage so it isn't that big of a deal, but i would not want these throughout the house in main living areas. THe red indicator light when off is just very bright and annoying. I would rather it be a very small led indicator in the bottom corner. Or if you could change the LED maybe a different color would be better, and/or brightness level. if that was controllable. When on it is 'white' which is fine. 2) The overall feel of the switch is not the best i have seen. Where you make the connection for the electrical, the screw is what bites into the copper to hold it in. It does make a very secure connection when tugging, but most other switches have molre of a plate that squeezes the cable on the inside. Again it seems to be ok but just something i noticed. 3) My switch came with the arrow facing down (opposite of the instructions which tell you to have it facing up). Support noted it was fine to install, but again just noting that it was not what the directions had. 4) THe switch housing is a little thicker than the other traditional switches, so i think my cover plate was not fully flush on the one side. i took a picture so you can see although it may be hard. I'd rather it be designed more like a traditional switch and if needed be able to tear off the ears as some setups do require that. 5) I would have loved if this was an energy management capabilities to keep track of how much power, but not a deal breaker, especially at this price point. 6) The software does have sunrise/sunset scheduling, but i am hoping they include more advanced such as 'x minutes before and x minutes after to tweak my settings a little better for my needs. Again overall i like it and great price point but hopefully they address some of these in future models.

Convenient for converting a regular 120V electrical switch to a smart switch w/power monitoring
This review is for YS5716-UC relay switch. This thing is tiny! I was able to fit it into a duplex steel wall switch box which had conduit connected to it. The smart wall switch which Yolink has (and I have several of them) would not fit into this old-timey box, so the relay switch to the rescue!! And it is cheaper than the wall switch. I can't wait to come up with other places to install it! Binding with a QR code just works before I can get the code into focus on the phone, it has already found it and waiting for me to type information into the app. I highly recommend this for those hard to reach areas.

Yolink Wall Switchโฆ Love it!
I love these wall switches so much I got 5 of them. I can turn my lights off and on when Iโm away from home or set them to automatically turn on when Iโm on my way home so I donโt come home to a dark house. They have been a nice addition to my Yolink home security system. I have an out building and the range on these Yolink devices is amazing. And the customer service is awesome too. I had a problem with a one of my devices and they replaced it right away. When I was shopping for a security system, I did a lot of research and found Yolink to have the best ratings for my situation. Iโm very happy I went with them. Iโve had most of my system for over 3 years now with only the one issue, which Yolink resolved immediately.

Fantastic and easy to setup.
This takes a 5v-24v DC input to power it. Keep that in mind. I had a transformer that I simply cut the barrel head off of and that worked great. If you don't have one, you need to buy one to power this device. This easily controls our outdoor flood lights. We programmed the system to respond to our key fobs for ease of use. This is a small device making possible to wire it up and tuck it inside of a 2x junction box along with the other wires, making it safe and protecting people from possible shock from the exposed connection screws. This is NOT waterproof in any way. It has no battery.. It is a decent value, but could be a little more affordable.

Good contorller
Only product which I used can stop those scammers hacking. Plus it has long distance effect. I used it to control my sliding gate which is constantly disturbed by neighbours scammer's signal . Its low frequency has strong signal and won't be jammed.

Yolink are some of the Best Home Automation Products on the Market
Exactly what I needed to turn on a hall light. This switch does not require a neutral wire to operate but uses a battery driven relay switch. Reliable and integrates well into the Yolink environment. Works well within Home Assistant to create more robust home automation.

Very good!
Yolink dimmer performed very good. For me, the hardest part was tucking all the wires into the box and still having room for the switch itself as all dimmers have a deeper dimension to them. The switch is easily controlled by the app. I use routines to turn on and off this switch depending on time and whether a certain door is open or not. All good!
