Everything was outstanding. - The packaging - The fit and finish of the caddies, - Including extra a extra screw - Two different types of labels (silver and white) with two labels each and notched that fit precisely. - The instructions. Not that I needed them but someone spent some time making them look nice The onlyyyyyyy minor complaint is the screw driver doesn't have enough grip to remove OEM screws but I still have my RadioShack drivers from 1986. Oh and they are as good or better than the OEM DELL ones.
