After I wash my hair it is all tangled and knotted together. I use my conditioner and it helps some although my hair is still very tangled. I have tried so many shampoos and conditioners and have had no luck. Is this the right one for me. I am loosing so much hair from it being so tangled.

The combo of shampoo and conditioner do leave my hair very soft and tangle-free. However, both are very concentrated, so I try to dilute them a bit or its just a waste.

Literally plastic is one of the ingredients. PEG-8 is a micro plastic. Why?
