Keurig K-2500 Single Serve Commercial Coffee Maker

We are using a commercial coffee maker in our home as we drink a lot of coffee, and friends who do also. If you have never owned a commercial coffee maker before and do not already have the filter needed you must purchase it with the machine. That is not clearly stated when ordering. It just says the filter is optional. Otherwise you cannot plumb direct. Direct plumbing is fantastic as you never have to fill the reservoir again. Coffee is good, has many cup sizes 6 to 12 oz . Takes a little longer to heat than the non commercial but also has an auto shut off. Basically quite satisfied.

So far this coffee maker has worked flawlessly. What a convenience!!

Offic staff loves it. We found a pump that pumps water from a 5 gal water bottle to the resevior. Works like a pro. The setting are very intuitive for visitors.

Bought this about 4 months ago. Has already started leaking at the base. Keurig might possibly have the worst customer service department I have ever tried to navigate. The initial conversation results in them sending you to their technical service team which NEVER picks up. They give you the option to leave a message but don’t bother because the customer service dept calls you back and then gives you the same number for the technical service team which again, NEVER picks up. In another call they told me that Amazon will handle the return but since it’s been 4 months they will not handle the return and guess who they said I need to contact…Keurig. Save yourself the time and risk of a poor quality product. SO FRUSTRATED!

Updated design that makes the unit easier to use for non-English speakers (pictures). We replaced an older version of this coffee maker that stopped working after 5 years of heavy use. Plugged it in, hooked up the water supply, ran a couple of water cycles before brewing. First cup was the right temperature and the compact size means it fits under the cabinets when not in use.

This machine replaced one of my K150 commercial machines. They are used on a daily basis in a county office. The new machine is hands down the best I could have asked for. Also it has the direct waterline already in the machine as the K150 I had to buy separate parts to make the machine work properly. The K2500 is also a much more compact and professional looking machine. As my other 3 K150's go out I will be replacing them with the K2500's for sure.

Absolutely love this coffee maker. I’m enjoying one of the best cups of coffee that I’ve had in a very long time and I will never have to refill the water pitcher again absolutely recommend!!

Worked great once first got it.Quit working. No warranty at all through keurig or seller and not even a year old. Do not buy this machine
