A: I find that this post op shoe runs BIG.  I ordered a small ( I am normally a women's 6 or 6.5)...and the small was really really long.  I had ordered this as a 2nd spare pair...

A: No arch support. Sole is flat.

**Q: Can you wear the shoe  for walking outside?**
A: Yes it is a well made shoe. My mother just uses one and her sneaker on her good foot and she can walk well in it.
