Dremel DigiLab PLA-GOL-01 3D Printer Filament, 1.75 mm Diameter, 0.75 kg Spool Weight, Gold, RFID Enabled, New Formula and 50 Percent More per Spool PLA-BLA-01 1

The spool is made of cardboard not blue plastic like my true Dremel spools. They are smaller which allows the loose filament rolls to pop out on the bottom. This leads to twist in the filament it's usable if you you respool it with the true Dremel spools. It's usable but a huge pain to get it to work on my Dremel 3d20

Works well for my Dremel Digilab 3d printer

Printing this got off to a good start, but about an hour in, I heard the noise of my filament dry box colliding with the printer, followed by some grinding sounds. What I found is that the the filament was not wound correctly on the spool and bound up. It's hard to imaging how the spool got partly wound from the outside in; but most likely the winding maching was tensioned much too tightly and the middle layers cut in and worked their way into the center of the spool during winding, with later layers then being wound atop them. Unfortunately, the stuff is too springy to easily rewind; I'll probably have to heat it to near the softening point to accomplish it.

Seems to print better than filament from a few years ago. Doesn't get brittle with un-wrapped storage.
