**Q: What is the internal and external height of the cooler?**
A: I’m at work and can’t get that info to you in a timely manner. Guess what? You can go to orca web site and they have all the vitals listed for each cooler. It’s the best cooler I have ever owned. Listen, if you get one and you get it home and you can’t get the lid to open. Take the drain plug out. It is so air tight you will think they have glued the top down. Good luck

**Q: Which handle comes on the 20quart cooler in white?  The picture shows the double flex handles but I also see the single metal handle on other pictures**
A: My green 20qt has single metal handle. Some pictures are not correct - a longstanding problem with these coolers' advertisements on amazon. Single metal handle though works well for single handed use on the (small) 20qt as it can't get that heavy.

A: Hi There! Thanks for reaching out!  I depends on the size of your bottle.  To help you determine here are the inside dimensions on the 20 QT cooler is 13.44"(L) x 9" (w) x  9.88" (H)

**Q: Can you put a strap on it?**
A: you would have to fasten the strap to the handle, there are no strap anchor points on the one i have.  i assume you could mount some if you are handy.
