Has anyone had results using this for menopause or PMS?

It didn't help me but different methods work for different women. I have to usec a combination of products for relief

Does this product has an expiration date? if not, how can I know when I not good anymore?

All of our products have a Best By date, which is typically 12-18 months from production and located on the back of the bag above the nutrition facts label. After that date, our products can be consumed at the customer's discretion if they smell and look normal, and have been stored sealed and out of direct heat/sunlight. Bag doesn't seal properly.

The product is fine but the zip lock bag is defective. This is my second bag purchased and I followed the opening directions carefully. Ended up with the same result both times, no way to create an air tight seal. Turns out one side of the zip lock isn't attached to the bag, so while it will zip lock shut the bag remains open, so no air tight seal if that makes sense. I just have to transfer it to another sealed container to maintain freshness.
