I strapped it in the back of my truck, took it 400 miles though rain, fog, and mist (the whole trip.....). Then it sat empty in the bed of the truck for almost a week, in rain, fog, and mist off and on. Then we reloaded with luggage for four, Christmas gifts, etc and made the 400 mile trip back. Hit more rain and fog during the last 100 miles or so. Everything stayed dry and never saw a drop of water in the bag. The size could be bigger. I have a full size truck and with a family of four and additional cargo such as gifts for xmas, the bag was FULL on our way back. Could have used a few more cubic feet for that trip. I'd like to see it sized to fill more of my bed, but I get the dimension choice they made to fit most trucks. The zipper worked fine. Be sure to get the inner "flap" pointed up and the outer "flap" of vinyl pointed down, and I don't see any way this thing could leak. I put a pretty good strain on it for the return leg of the trip mentioned above (read zipper was tight and had some tension on the teeth) and it did fine. If you've ever used those inflatable pools from the big box stores, its the same stuff, only thicker. Its pretty stout. I let it dry out and rolled it up today. The storage bag is a tad over sized, so if you don't get it rolled up just like they did at the factory, it will still fit. Material of the bag seems a bit flimsy compared to the truck bag itself. It sees like it will wear out pretty quick. But all in all, great bag, worked as advertised. Can't beat that! It allowed us to store everything in the back of the truck & kept our luggage and other travel containers dry and secure. I also purchased a separate lock and chain so that we could secure it in the back of the truck when left unattended. I read in one of the reviews that it was noisy as a result of 'flapping in the wind' while driving, but we didn't notice that at all. It did fill up with air as you're driving 65+ mph on the highway, but it wasn't high enough to obstruct the rear view. We carried 2 regular size suitcases, 1 large and 2 medium size rubbermaid containers and some other odds & ins inside it. The material feels thick and durable, but yet lightweight. All the reviews show it strapped to the bed rails but I only have tie down points in the bed** A: I have a 2016 F250 SWB, and I can tell you that the bungees they send with it are too short for full size trucks. I used longer bungee cords through the top rings from stale pocket hole to the other in the back and added an extra tie point in the front inline with the bag on each side of the truck. Hope it helps. **Q: Will it fit in a nissan navara / frontier d40?** A: It will fit any truck bed. It measures 40”x50”x22” but is soft sided and does not have to be fully expanded to remain waterproof. **Q: I have a spray in bed liner that is a little tacky and is course. Will this wear the bag and create hole, if so, what is a fix so this won't happen?** A: It may, depending on the level of grit. Used this recently for a 13 hour drive over Thanksgiving holiday and it rained the entire drive. Stopped multiple times along the way and when we arrive at the final destination everything inside the bag was dry! No issues! I did use two additional ratchet straps crisscrossed across just to prevent any wind movement because the bag wasn't completely full. I followed the instructions, placed the zipper flap area toward the back and before I put the tailgate up I made sure that the flap was facing down so the rain would roll down and away and not inward toward the zipper. I've packed it away and hope to use it again next year or any additional trips or moving needs where there's rain involved. The plastic and zip is heavy duty. Bungees were easy to use as well, no issues.
