Joints are attached using dado, glue & clamps; critical to wood bonding. Fastened with furniture brads, countersunk screws & wood plugs; bolts & dowels where warranted. Products are extensively sanded before & after assembly, corners & edges are rounded, saw marks & burns are removed & nothing sharp is protruding. Hand sanded between coats, creates a finish that is thick, luxurious, extremely tough & scratch resistant. Sanitize with bleach, water & a soft cloth, as needed. The Deluxe quality may appear barely used during the first 10+ years, looking impressive for 30+ years. Assembles in 20 minutes. Lifetime warranty. Deck/mat: 24 in. H. 60 in. L x 34 in. W x 42 in.
