A quality Ester-C vitamin C
Excellent company and one of a few I trust for QUALITY CONTROL and the quality of vitamin C itself (not all vitamin C are equal just like other products with various distributors). This Ester-C is great for sensitive stomachs as well. Never had any issues with the Solgar brand.

Does the job
I start tainge this 2 weeks before I travel and at the 1st sign that I may be coming down with something and I've been able to ward off getting sick most times. In the instances where I've gotten sick, I've only been sick for 3 days the most. I will also couple this with Zinc.

No unpleasant side effects with this.
I have not had any unpleasant side effects with these, and I do have a sensitive stomach. I would suggest this brand to others
