Great Squat Rack bar pad. Highly recommended. Super comfortable. Definitely helps. Only thing if you're going super heavy. It can make the bar a little unstable. Other than that, great product.

I mainly use this for hip thrusts, and it works really well. It provides great cushioning and protects my pelvis bones from the pressure of the bar, which makes the exercise much more comfortable. I also use it on my shoulders for squats, and it helps a lot to avoid pain or discomfort. The padding is thick enough to make a difference but still feels stable. It stays in place during workouts and feels durable. Overall, it’s a great addition to my gym routine and definitely worth it.

The pad is pretty good, except it comes off the bar too easily. And while they give you a couple of separate Velcro straps to help secure the pad to the bar, the straps are annoying to use. Making a pad with built in straps would work much better. Otherwise it's a good product.

Very Good purchase, the colour is really nice, it fits well on the barbell it’s soft on the neck, it stays in place and it makes my squats and hip thrust feels better. It functions as how it is suppose to

Gets used every week for hip thrusts on the smith machine. Excellent product and very comfortable. Saves my hips!
