Do you only use this directly on the scalp or can you use it on the hair itself to add shine and hold to the hair when braiding?

I use this on my hair and scalp because it helps with the hair growth and it gives my hair a shiny look and it is not dry because my hair grows with this product and that's why I like using it.

Is the b&b hair grease hot to the scalp? i'm looking for the hot kind. where can i find it?

No…B&B is not hot to the scalp…!

What are the incredients

Sage, sulfur, coconut oil and vitamin e are shown on the jar. I don't know what other ingredients it contains

When you apply this to your scalp and hair do you have to shampoo a little after that

No. Shampooing your hair after applying the scalp treatment would defeat the purpose of this hair and scalp treatment.
