The taste is kinda weird, but not bad. I was trying to think of the best comparison and all I can come up with is vegetable oil LOL. Very easy to take!

Recommendation by my surgeon
After a few surgeries my doctor recommended vitamin E to use on top of the scars to help keep them soft. This product has absolutely kept my scars soft. I give it about an hour to absorb at night before putting on the other prescription item. Yes there is an odor! But not bad and it disappears within a couple of minutes I recommended as a topical scars treatment.

I don't know about the taste though
It's too soon to notice any difference but I will say... it takes horrible lol. Like swallowing olive oil. But if you mix it with something its not too bad.

Very inconsistent quality
Title: Very inconsistent quality Both bottles I received leak, but what concerns me most is how different they are. One is dark and thick, while the other is almost clear and very runny. The difference is so significant that I don’t trust the quality or consistency of the product. I would not recommend it.
