Better then the other leading brand!
Does the trick, prefer this over the other leading brand! I use it at night. Definitely shrinks them, best to use at bedtime.

Good for maintaining inside-out..
If I have a choice, the new anesthetic would be the ones. If pain, inflammation is not a concern, this simple ointment is good for maintaining the smoothness inside-out. Be selective as there are other choices and branding in the market. I am happy to try most thing ;-)
