Works great but had to figure out a leaking problem. The rubber 2 inch gasket had to be pulled down and tightened so that water would drain out of the unit and not into it. I guess it’s common for any unit to come with things that need to be fixed

Delivery was fine, we got A/C unity and furnace at the same time. I purchased from Amazon because prime credit card gives me extra 5%, otherwise price is the same everywhere.Furnace is working since January without any issues. It's quiet and efficient. Our bills went down.I chose to install new furnace and A/C myself. It all went really easy and inspector sign off the work. Just watch YouTube and follow Manuall D book.I would appreciate better manual. It would be also good to have warranty if you are installing yourself. It's still better though to install yourself and replace the whole unity if broken, than paying HVAC contractors thousands of $ for such an easy job.

3 months after installation, the furnace would not light. The exhaust fan assembly gets hot and the igniter never initiates. There’s no code to reference.

Reduced my propane usage by 50% over the 1967 furnace that was in the house when I bought it. Both front covers were dented when I received it, but I straightened them back so they are hardly noticeable. My calculations showed that the old furnace was oversized for my house, 120,000 btu. So far, it has heated the house just fine. The lowest temperature so far has been 5°F.
