Perfect, 08 Ford Fusion SE 4cyl
The original was lost somehow...I purchased a cheap generic from the auto store, the auto store generic was way loose and probably leaked air in. The "Motorcraft EC759 Oil Cap " fits great and had the appropriate oil indicated on cap for my car.

Perfect fit 2006 Ford Focus
This was a perfect replacement for the oil cap on a 2006 Ford Focus ZX5. Seals well and looks same as the OEM one that came with the car. Arrived quickly and undamaged.

This is the one you need
This is the Ford/Motorcraft branded cap and it worked like a charm! I previously got a supposed OEM cap from another big name auto parts store and it was too loose and looked like they tried to make it with as little material as possible. It fit very loosly and allowed oil to slowly spit out of the top of the engine under the cap. The quality of this new oil filler cap is substantially better. The build feels more sturdy and comes with a substantially beefier o-ring. It seals tight as it should fit from factory. Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Will NOT fit Focus SVT motor.
Will NOT fit Focus SVT motor. Every reference I checked including Ford itself says this part will fit, but it does not and cannot be made to work. The SVT uses a unique cylinder head and valve cover. It takes a cap with screw threads which needs to be spun on. The standard Focus uses a cap with wide slots, which secures with a quarter turn. Additionally, this part is marked "5W-20", whereas the SVT requires 5W-30 oil. The part itself is excellent quality, and should never require replacement unless you lose it (as I did).

Fits 06 Ford Escape
I had gone to AutoZone and they sold me a cap they claimed was OEM. Twas not. This one fits my 06 Ford Escape perfectly.

Does not fit 2000 Ford Focus w/ZTEC engine
This is not compatible with the 2000 Ford focus equipped with the ZTEC engine, even though the listing said it is. In the photo, the factory cap is on the right and this one on the left. You can see that the threads are not the same and therefore does not work.

It's just okay
It fits, but isn't perfect and is hard to take off when changing or adding oil.
