Does it need to use hairspray to finish setting?

No, it's a cream moisturizer, I wouldn't put hair spray on top of it. If you don't have coarse hair, I wouldn't use it.

Is this cream too heavy for fine hair? Will it look greasy ?

No, what I like about it is the fact that it is a lighter cream. I don't use it in the summer, unless I cut my hair very short, because it is so light and can "burn off" so quickly

Was this product in a tube prior to this form?

Yes this product used to come in a tube. I found the tube more convenient to use but I can't find it anywhere. To use the current bottle I just squirt some of the product into my hand and then rub it into my hair.

this doesnt seem like its for realxed hair anyone with realxed hair use this?

I used this on my relaxed hair only after I shampooed it. I've since gone natural and have also used it on natural hair.
