Taste great. A bit pricey
I tried the trio of these and when I reordered I chose this because the taste is great. I have only drank this iced. I use one bag of this and another less expensive cleansing bag. Iced requires 2 bags and these are pricey.

Tastes Great!
This tea tastes really good to me; some have said the taste is poor, but I totally disagree. I find it to be cinnamon forward and really nice mellow flavors overall. I cannot attest yet to the appetite suppressant quality as I have just started drinking it. I used two tea bags for a quart jar and put it in the fridge. It's delicious cold.

The taste is nondescript, a bit earthy and a bit herbal.
Not attracted to the flavor, but I'll occasionally drink it on my weight loss campaign. It's a bit earthy and herbal with no captivating dominant flavor. I'll give it a serious go this week to see if it does curb my appetite. That's what's important to me.

My New Favorite Morning Tea
Highly recommend!I like the flavor a lot on its own but it's also a good tea to mix with other black teas like the almond vanilla or passionfruit papaya. I can't say that it has helped with weight loss but I haven't gained weight so there's that.I also like the packaging, it keeps the tea fresh from what I can tell. Also I'm a big fan of not having to deal with a tea bag string.All in all this is my favorite morning tea and considering I have about 25 teas to choose from I feel that is saying a lot about how good this tea is!

Buy at your own risk .Must read the entire listing first from my experience.
So I guess I shouldve done more research first. But what happened when I bought this and drank some of the tea was , I had some sort of adverse reaction I would say to it. I had trouble sleeping in the first two three nights of drinking it , and I was surprised since it had no caffeine. One disclaimer though I do have a mental illness that I am on medication for so there is a possibiity that it interacted with that but I am not too sure since I am not a doctor. Since this happened and I didnt see any difference using it. It would've helped though if they listed in their description there is a slight chance that some adverse reactions can happen if it is consumed so buy at your own risk. Something like that would've been helpful it if it was stated in the listing.
