The size sent was not the size ordered. This has happened twice now. The product quality and the service otherwise is all good. Just would have liked to have the correct size.

I currently wear a size 11 medium width Cat boot, which is same size and width as the one I ordered. The boot I received appeared smaller, and when I attempted to try it on I could not get my foot into the boot. The label inside indicated Men's size 11, but it was at least 2 to 3 sizes too small. Believing there was some sort of error in the size labelling of the boot, I placed another order for the same boot model. Sure enough, the 2nd pair were just as small as the first. Perhaps the vendor bought a defective boot lot from Caterpillar.
