Big mistake
They're probably great as far as Fried Red Onions go, but to a Southern boy who was assuming they would be the same thing as French's Crispy Fried Onions....I was way, way wrong. I'm not sure what kind of dish these go on but it must work miracles because these things taste nasty. I'm taking responsibility due to ignorance, but I'll never order Fried Red Onions again.

AKA Fried Shallots.
Fried shallots. Crispy and aromatic, and a lot of it. Good as toppings by itself but you might want to toss it with a little salt before use for an extra kick.

Strange metallic after taste
Crispy and fresh but have a strange metallic after taste. Perhaps it's just me but I wont be using them and wont reorder
