Best thing for removal of human urine in carpet

We used it on my mother inlaws bed when she was alive. She was in kidney failure and had several accidents and this stuff worked really well.

Can you use this in a litter box?

I have mixed this in my litter for several years. I spray the empty pan, fill it half up and spray the litter. Fill with the rest of litter and spray the top. I never have litter odor. Except #2 immediately. My cats have never gone outside the box. As they scratch and dig it mixes in with the litter. They are both still alive and healthy.

How long do I let it soak for just odor? There is no stain I can see.
