Whats the inside dementions of the float

It would not hold air long enough to measure.

How many Inches of water can you fit in this?

5-10, enough to completely submerge. Personally I love it .

Is there a way to hang this up like from a hook? Is there any kind of rope or handle on it?

No, there is no way to hang it up.

How do you fill it up with water? From what I see there are only little plugs made for air.

Is this question a joke? You get a garden hose and put water inside the float where you sit…lol
