Excellent Purchase! Definitely recommend.
This light board is great! I use it for Diamond Painting and it really helps to see things more clearly. It's perfect size for the projects too. It has a touch button for the On/Off and is super way to use. I would highly recommend this item for any project you need back lighting for.

Wish I hadnโt waited so long to get one of these! ๐คฉ
I have a serious drawing hobby and have been toying with the idea of getting one of these for a while but kept putting it off since I assumed it would be like $40+ to get a good one. Iโm so glad I finally went and looked because this has worked perfectly for me and at a great price! My only minor complaint is that the touch control button can be a little bit finicky, and sometimes I have to press a couple times before it responds, but itโs not a big enough deal to be worth dropping a star. The continuous-variability brightness is a huge plus; I really appreciate having more fine control over that depending on the lighting in the room and the thickness of the papers Iโm using for tracing. Itโs also nicely thin and lightweight so itโs easy to carry around. Definitely recommend for any other art hobbyists looking for something like this!

Surprisingly Good Quality
For how inexpensive it is, itโs really great quality. The board itself is thin and light so itโs very bed/floor friendly for when you donโt feel like drawing at a desk, and the lighting is very bright. I was able to transfer a sketch onto thick watercolor paper without struggle. You can also adjust the brightness level which makes things a lot easier. The cord is short so be prepared to have a longer one if you donโt plan to sit right next to an outlet but that didnโt matter to me as much.

From bright to dim
Worked well for 3 months, but now the light is very dim. Looking for a troubleshooting solution.

BEST lightboard iโve ever used!!
i LOVE this lightboard. i draw small pictures for kids for a non-profit. as the quantity of drawings i needed each month increased, i fell further behind. i decided to buy this lightboard to quickly trace the basic outline of each drawing to help increase my output. this lightboard is AWESOME! i draw my pictures on cardstock, so the light actually has to pass through 2 pieces of 110# cardstock- and it does with no issues. the light is strong across the whole board- not just near the lights like on regular light boxes. side note- it is also handy to use when you need a bit of extra light. i stand it up on its side & lean it against something and use it as a lamp. since the brightness is adjustable- you can use it as a night light too. (bonus!) the surface isnโt glass, but has the look and feel of glass. the board is super lightweight and easy to transport, but still sturdy. i carry mine with me to work quite often. i have had absolutely NO problems. i know some people have had issues with the cord/connection. it IS a snug fit, but still quite easy to plug in. i HIGHLY recommend this lightboard! iโve been using mine daily for over 1.5 months. it has done everything i need and more- with NO problems.

The second review, a first look
[Edit: I was able to run this off battery pack... see review.] I bought this based on the specs, before anyone had reviewed it. I thought for the price, it was worth the experiment. So this is the second review on the product. I was amazed at how thin this is... think a tad thinner than the rubber part of the micro USB connector. It appears to be three layers. The top appears to be a thin acrylic. The middle is the LED part. The bottom appears to be some sort of sturdy styrofoam/soft plastic with small knobs for feet (so the cable can be plugged in). There is an optional (not included) rounded foot you can put on light box to create an angle. It does not have a clip (which I think is not necessary). It also sports a ruler on two edges. The cable is long enough to have the tower sitting on the floor and light box propped up at an angle on the desk, but only just. I tried to run it off a 16,000 mAh power bank (back up battery). [Edit: I was able to run this off the mentioned power bank without problem. I didn't run it for long but it was okay for the time I needed it. The first time it seemed to go off quickly.] I found the on - off function frustrating. It will shut down, seemingly randomly... but will turn on when the power "button" is touched again. The only thing I can think of is that pressing on the surface at some points may mimic pressure on the power button. (I was making sure I was not touching the power switch.) But that's a matter of touch that I think I have down now. The light is adjustable (up or down) simply by keeping your finger on the power "button." The work area is 9 inches by a little over 12.5 inches. I've used this for two quick projects in full sunlight. I could easily see through Canson 140 lb water color paper and Strathmore Bristol Vellum 100 lb. (series 300) without eye strain (at three solid hours of use). So, heavy paper in full sunlight... not a problem. For those of you who are tacking your work to a window, this is a serious upgrade. I do not know about it's reliability. It's pretty flexible. If I had a guess, it's week point would be the mico-USB port. Conclusion: Inexpensive, acceptably bright, Mitsubishi Acrylic Panel, super thin and light. I don't like being tethered to a computer (or potentially an outlet) for a power source. For the price, I can live with that...

Almost caught on fire!!
(edit) just received the replacement light box today and it works just like its supposed to. This is an amazing product and is much brighter in person, the photos online don't express how well it lights the page. One thing I found strange though is that in this ones box I received a much cheaper and shorter cable, I don't know if this was intentional or not but I do much prefer the cable I got in the first box I received. I just got mine the other day and it almost caught of fire lol. I plugged it up and tired touching the symbol on it to turn it on and I couldn't get anything to happen so I waited a minuet and started looking at the box to see if I was missing something. When I went to mess with it again there was a little bouble in front of where I plugged it in at on the top side and I went to push it thinking it was a button I missed and it burned my finger. It was melting the plastic. I thought it might be the outlet putting out to much power so I plugged it into my pc but it tripped something that made my pc shut off the USB ports saying it was drawing to much power. I'm guessing it has a short in it. Returning tomorrow to order another one to give it another try. I understand things can be defective. Just know that this can happen, lol alot like phones catching on fire.

Check the size before ordering carefully
Be careful- it is not A2 size. It looks like a good product but I am returning it. I looked at it thinking the box is a little small for it to be A2 size. Then I was so busy, I could not sit down to use it for some time. Finally I excitedly opened it today a couple of days after I received it and as I suspected, the actual usable surface is only A4 size and the box says A4 on it. Dear seller, you are selling a good product I have no doubt but why does the description on the Amazon page say A2? I have arranged for pick up to return this item. I don't want to be unfair but it is not fair to me either when the description says A2. It looks like it may be a good product and other reviewers have said so.
